Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and holidays).

Mystic-Legs®-store.com ships to the following geographical areas: EUROPE, CANADA, DOM TOM.

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email with the shipping confirmation including your tracking number.

The choice of courier as well as the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of the products and the amount in your shopping cart, as well as the country of dispatch.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS

Home delivery, pick-up point, post office, 7 to 10 working days. Some orders may be tied to different suppliers, items will then be sent separately.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for all orders placed on our website Mystic-Legs-store.com reserves the right to change this cost in a short period of time or to cancel it. This change does not require any notification to customers of the site.

Under no circumstances may third parties request a refund of the shipping costs in effect at the time of the purchase made. Shipping cost information is displayed at all times at the top of any page on the site, as well as at the order confirmation stage.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

Gift vouchers To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations in which only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to an error on our part. Any item(s) returned more than 14 days after delivery. Defective item(s) received

If your order is delivered to you defective in whole or in part, you may obtain a new shipment or a refund for the affected item(s). To do so, send us a message to the following email address: info@Mystic-Legs-store.com, including proof of payment (a screenshot of the confirmation email you received when placing your order, for example) and a photo of the affected item(s). Specify in the message whether you would like a new shipment of the defective items or rather a refund for them.

Order cancellation (if applicable)

Exchange your item for a different size/colour. Exchanges are only available for the size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is absolutely not permitted. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.

Refund details and voucher

By default, the refund method is the voucher.

If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used at the time of purchase, you must notify us by email at info@Mystic-Legs-store.com. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer's defect will not incur a restocking fee. Fees will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missed Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is published.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@Mystic-Legs-store.com and wait for the return instructions.

Shipping


To return the product, you will have to send it by post to the address we provide. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. You will not be reimbursed for these costs.

If you are shipping an item with a value over 75£, you should consider using a shipping tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
