Return policy

Items supplied by Mystic-Legs®-store.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those in traditional trade and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Defective items:

The customer must return new or unworn items in their entirety and in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging compulsorily and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the purchaser must send proof of the defect(s) to info@Mystic-Legs-store.com (description and photos/videos attached).

To make a return, you must also present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer, we will tell you the procedures to follow when your file is accepted according to our conditions. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to an error on our part. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is published. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@Mystic-Legs-store.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and/or promotion items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to info@Mystic-Legs®

-store.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

No cash on delivery shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.

Right of Withdrawal

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Mystic-Legs-store.com is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, except for the cost of return. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended until the first working day thereafter.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

Goods which you have opened and which are not returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection Goods which are inseparably associated with other items Opened goods which are not in their original condition, which are damaged or which have certain parts missing for reasons not due to an error on our part.

Cancellation

The customer has only 24 hours from validation of his order to request a refund if he finally wishes to cancel.
